1. Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made via cryptocurrency or other digital currencies are non-refundable, regardless of the service type. This is due to the irreversible nature of such transactions.
Additionally, services provided by third-party partners, including but not limited to SSL certificates, domain names, and software licenses, are non-refundable once purchased or activated.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only for eligible services and under the following conditions:

• The refund request must be made within 30 days of the original payment.
• The service must not have been used, activated, or configured.
• Once a refund request is received and confirmed, the associated service will be terminated immediately and cannot be restored afterward.

3. Refund Method

All refunds will be processed only to the original payment source or issued as a credit balance to the customer’s account.

• We do not issue refunds to third-party accounts, even if the account name appears identical.
• Refunds will only be sent to the same account, card, or payment method used for the original transaction.

4. Processing Time

Refunds, where applicable, are typically processed within 7–14 business days depending on the payment method and financial institution involved.
