The below article outlines the refund policy
NOTE: The funds that are actually refunded may not be equal to the funds you requested due to one or more of the following factors:
- Our refund policy,
- Foreign exchange conversion fluctuations,
- Bank charges, which may be deducted by our bank and/or yours.
All cancellations and Refunds are dealt on a case-by-case basis, if the service does not work and/or cannot be fixed we will refund.
But if you have an issue with the service you have with us, you need to open a ticket in our client area so that we can fix the issue you’re facing. We do not refund if you initiate a cancellation asking for a refund without contacting our support team first.
Raising a chargeback/PayPal claim for refunds will result in suspension of services. Refund requests are dealt with via tickets and tickets only.
For domains, the following additional point applies.
In the event of a client running a chargeback or a PayPal claim after his/her domain has been activated, it will result in Nomfro Technologies gaining the right over the domain and the client will be denied access to his/her domain.
NOTE: No refunds are possible for items provided by 3rd party services sold by us, such as domains, SSL certificates, and software licenses (cPanel licenses etc).
Products & Services purchased from Nomfro Technologies may be refunded only if canceled within 30 days of the date of the transaction.
Note: If a refund back to the original payment method is not possible, a refund to your NomfroHost balance can be offered as an alternative.
