
Nomfro Host provides a variety of web hosting and domain registration services, including:
To use our services, you must create an account by providing us with accurate and complete information, including your name, contact information, and payment details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
You are responsible for choosing a domain name that does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
We will act as your registrar for your chosen domain name and will process your domain name registration request according to the policies of the relevant domain name registry.
You are responsible for the timely renewal of your domain name registration fees. We will send you reminder notices before your domain name expires, but we are not responsible for the loss of your domain name if you fail to renew it.
You agree to comply with all applicable domain name registration policies and terms of use established by the relevant domain name registry.
Domain names are registered for a specific term (typically 1 year, but may vary depending on the Top-Level Domain (TLD)). You will be notified prior to the expiration of your domain name registration and given the opportunity to renew it for an additional term.
If your domain name registration expires and is not renewed during the grace period, it will enter a recovery period of 30 days. To recover your domain name during this period, you will be required to pay a recovery fee in addition to the renewal fee.
If your domain name remains unrecovered after the recovery period, it will be deleted and released back to the general pool of available domain names. Nomfro Host will not be responsible for the re-registration of your domain name by a third party after deletion.
Hosting accounts have a grace period of 7 days after the expiration date, during which you may renew your account without additional fees. Following the grace period, there is an additional 7-day recovery period, during which you may reactivate your account by paying a recovery fee of 15,000 Naira (equivalent to approximately 10 USD). If your hosting account is not renewed within these 14 days, it will be terminated, and all associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
# Storing or transmitting any content that is infringing, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or otherwise unlawful.
# Uploading or distributing malware or viruses.
# Engaging in spamming or other unsolicited commercial email practices.
# Hacking or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.
# Interfering with the use and enjoyment of our services by others.
# We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate our AUP.
You retain all ownership rights to the content that you upload to our servers. However, by using our services, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display your content on our servers.
We recommend that you regularly back up your data. We may offer backup services as an additional service, but we are not responsible for any loss of data if you fail to back up your data.
You agree to pay for the services you choose at the rates listed on our website or as quoted to you. We accept various payment methods, such as credit and debit cards, bitcoin, PayPal, bank transfers, mobile money, and USSD, which are subject to change at our discretion.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide notice of any price changes before they go into effect.
We may offer automatic renewal for your services. You can disable automatic renewal in your account settings.
Products & Services purchased from Nomfro Host may be refunded only if canceled within 30 days of the date of the transaction.
All cancellations and Refunds are dealt on a case-by-case basis, if the service does not work and/or cannot be fixed we will refund.
But if you have an issue with the service you have with us, you need to open a ticket in our client area so that we can fix the issue you’re facing. We do not refund if you initiate a cancellation asking for a refund without contacting our support team first.
Raising a chargeback/PayPal claim for refunds will result in suspension of services. Refund requests are dealt with via tickets and tickets only.
NOTE: If a refund back to the original payment method is not possible, a refund to your Nomfro Host balance can be offered as an alternative.
In the event of a client running a chargeback or a PayPal claim after his/her domain has been activated, it will result in Nomfro Technologies gaining the right over the domain and the client will be denied access to his/her domain.
NOTE: No refunds are possible for items provided by 3rd party services sold by us, such as domains, SSL certificates, and software licenses (cPanel licenses etc).
Foreign exchange conversion fluctuations,
Bank charges, which may be deducted by our bank and/or yours.
Please Note that due to the nature of cryptocurrencies, tokens and digital assets that are generally irreversible and their exchange rates highly volatile and transitory. We can not be responsible for any risk including but not limited to exchange rate risk and market risk. Paying using cryptocurrencies, tokens or digital assets will not be refunded.
It is a violation of this Agreement for you to misuse or fraudulently use credit cards, charge cards, electronic funds transfers, electronic checks, or any other payment method. We may report any such misuse or fraudulent use, as determined in our sole discretion, to governmental and law enforcement authorities, credit reporting services, financial institutions and/or credit card companies.
These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by you or us. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, we will remove your data from our servers within a reasonable timeframe.

Our liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the preceding month.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nomfro Host, our officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
Nomfro Host disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Acts of God (e.g., earthquakes, floods, hurricanes)
War, terrorism, or civil unrest
Strikes or labor disputes
Power outages or other infrastructure failures
Denial-of-service attacks or other cyberattacks
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Nomfro Host regarding your use of our services. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and agreements, whether oral or written.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nigeria.
Nomfro Host reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on our website. You are responsible for checking these Terms regularly for any changes. Your continued use of our services after the amended Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
